About The Role:

Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday, some flexibility required

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Operations Manager to join our passionate and driven Retail Cleaning team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Have the day-to-day responsibility for quality performance on various contractual elements
  • Assist in the management and monitoring of the operation of the contract and ensure compliance with the contract specification.
  • Respond to any reasonable request of the company or clients.
  • Lead and motivate a team
  • Apply quality control procedures to ensure the maintenance of high standards of service.
  • Assist in effective management within budgetary constraints.

About You:

  • Highly organised and detail conscious.
