Averna Powered by Spherea is seeking an experienced Operations leader to oversee regional project delivery across Europe and beyond, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution and adherence to quality and safety standards.

You will manage planning, resources, and performance metrics, collaborate with engineering, project management, and support functions, and drive improvements while aligning with corporate strategy and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, project delivery, or engineering management within a technical environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and driving employee development.
• Strong business acumen with budgets, gross margins, and resource planning experience.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and support business growth.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional customer projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage day-to-day regional operations including planning and capacity.
• Ensure compliance with processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions proactively.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and support functions.
• Monitor KPIs such as customer satisfaction and implementation of improvements.
