Solus Accident Repair Centres is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Lead to provide leadership across multiple repair centres within a designated region. This vital role focuses on driving operational performance, developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

You will lead site management teams, manage budgets, and collaborate with support functions to ensure regulatory compliance and strategic growth.

Experience within automotive repair, transport, logistics, retail, manufacturing or another fast-paced operational environment would be advantageous.
