Regional Operations Manager – Commercial Cleaning

Our organization, a prominent provider of Commercial Cleaning Services with a nationwide presence, is searching for a seasoned and visionary Regional Director to oversee operations across Massachusetts from Boston to Springfield. As the face of our business in Massachusetts, this pivotal leadership position plays a vital role in enhancing service delivery, maintaining client relationships, and optimizing operational performance. The Regional Operations Director will guide and inspire a skilled team of client supervisors and personnel, ensuring their efforts align with the company's core values and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact for regional accounts.
  2. Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple facilities to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  3. Develop and implement operational strategies to meet performance goals, budgets, and client expectations.
  4. Conduct regular site visits to monitor standards and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Treat our employees fairly and with respect.
  6. Address client concerns promptly and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
  7. Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships and enhance service offerings.
  8. Develop and manage regional budgets, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
  9. Analyze operational and financial performance, addressing any inefficiencies.
  10. Ensure all facilities adhere to health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
  11. Implement policies and best practices to maintain a safe environment for employees and clients.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to read, write, speak, and think in English, and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
  • High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) with the ability to read non-verbal cues from clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Leadership experience in Commercial Cleaning.
  • 2+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in facilities management, operations, or similar roles.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage effectively with teams and clients.
  • Proven track record of driving results, managing budgets, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to switch between operations and administrative tasks seamlessly.
