Wood is recruiting a Regional Operations Coordinator to support our client’s Operations and Maintenance team on a permanent staff basis.

This role will require travel to London, Southampton, and Kent.

Expected qualifications and experience:

  • Degree qualification in Engineering, Scientific Discipline, or acceptable qualifications in a related technical field, or a degree in a commercial/business discipline and/or equivalent
  • Operations / Contract management experience, including smaller/less complex contracts and larger/more complex contracts/portfolios
  • Track record of successful delivery within relevant industry sectors
  • Broad understanding of the industry and networking capability
  • Experience in customer/contractor facing communication and negotiation
  • Relevant technical expertise as applicable to the scope
  • Ability to balance commercial considerations with operational excellence
  • Knowledge of current HSSEA and other legislation as applicable to the industry
  • Ability to steer and implement change programmes
  • Confidence in addressing site teams on safety, operational, and employee matters
