Regional Nurse Manager

Are you a natural people leader who would thrive directing and supporting a regional team of community-based Nurses delivering high-quality care to patients?

As a Regional Nurse Manager, you will support a commercially focused, efficient, and safe nursing service delivering on operational accountabilities. You will support and develop the strategic focus of the national Nursing Service and the local Directorate. You will manage and direct a team of motivated and appropriately skilled field-based Nurse Advisors to meet expected standards of compliance with all internal and external Regulatory bodies.

This position is full-time, Monday - Friday, and field-based across the London & South Coast region.

Fresenius Kabi is a global healthcare company specializing in lifesaving medicines and technologies for infusion, transfusion, and clinical nutrition. The company's products and services are used to help care for critically and chronically ill patients.

Our product portfolio includes a comprehensive range of IV generic drugs, infusion therapies, clinical nutrition products, and medical devices for administering these products.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage a team of Clinical Nurse Advisors, ensuring compliance with mandatory training and clinical competence, supporting personal development, health, and well-being.
  • Manage staffing levels through monitoring nurse efficiencies, including recruitment, absence, and attrition management.
  • Deliver on regulatory requirements and clinical governance through audits, incident, and complaint management.
  • Monitor nurse capacity, skillset, and implement contingency processes.
  • Deputize for the Clinical Business Manager as required and support management roles during periods of absence.
  • Participate in or lead national committees or projects aligned with nursing strategic goals.
Qualifications/Experience
  • Current NMC registration is mandatory.
  • A full driving license is required.
  • A recognisable nurse training or mentorship qualification is desirable.
  • Line management or equivalent experience is desirable.
