Regional Nurse Manager - Bolton, Greater Manchester

Position Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse/nurse manager to oversee nurse clinics across Scotland and the North of England. Reporting to the National Nurse Manager, the Regional Nurse Manager leads a team of in-store nurses to deliver safe, effective patient services and achieves commercial goals through direction and support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational: Manage the nurse clinic and private services budget, lead and develop the nurse team, implement best practices, foster relationships with stakeholders, ensure adherence to SOPs, and monitor clinic standards.
2. Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer experience, promote healthcare services, and embody the 'That Superdrug Feeling'.
3. People Management: Lead recruitment, support nurse induction, promote team cohesion, communicate effectively, and support professional development.
4. Professional Standards: Stay updated on clinical and operational knowledge, ensure data protection policies are followed, and manage clinical incidents.

Candidate Requirements

• Significant experience leading clinical teams in a field-based role.
• Understanding of retail or commercial business principles.
• Experience with Revalidation processes.
• Effective planning and time management skills.
• Full UK driving license required due to travel commitments.
