Job Description
Your role as Regional Sales Director is crucial within the Land and New Homes Division. You will be the 'face' of Land and New Homes within your region's development sites and estate agencies, delivering maximum value for developers while winning new projects and developments.
To ensure our client value contribution exceeds industry standards, you will identify and broker prospective residential development sites throughout Berkshire. You will manage the performance of one of the UK's most innovative Land and New Homes agencies, providing a specialist management and business generation service.
Your responsibilities include maximising income and profit for Spicerhaart's Land and New Homes team, reporting to the New Homes Director, Claire Drewett.
This role is ideal to advance your Regional Director career, overseeing individual performance, profitability, cost control, return on investment, and debt management. You will also oversee compliance and system performance and contribute to streamlining business activities.
Your experience will assist in creating and producing centralized, client-facing marketing, collaborating with our in-house marketing department, and engaging in PR opportunities. Daily, you will drive and secure placements of new homes instructions for Spicerhaart regarding prospective development sites.
The main focus is to ensure you are a major business winner for Spicerhaart, enhancing our industry reputation and network contacts.
