Job Description:

Harron Homes is a Private Limited Company established in 1993, specializing in building premium residential properties, from first-time buyer homes to luxury 5-bedroom family homes. The company is distinguished by its unique house designs.

With divisions in Yorkshire and the North Midlands, and a Head Office in Leeds, Harron Homes is seeking talented individuals to join their team.

We are currently offering opportunities for experienced Regional New Build Sales Executives in our North Midlands team.

Locations: Chesterfield, Mansfield, Sheffield, North Nottinghamshire

Key Purpose of the Role - Regional Sales Executive:

To achieve new home sales targets, maximize revenue, and ensure high levels of customer service.

  • Manage sales activities for assigned developments, including lead management, customer appointments, reservations, sales transactions, completions, and upselling purchaser extras from the Excellence Range to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain contact with purchasers, their IFAs, solicitors, and monitor sale progress, keeping detailed records.
  • Keep marketing suites and show homes in line with company standards.
  • Conduct weekly checks on signage, development websites, and highlight errors or amendments to the Sales Manager or Sales Administrators.
  • Research competitors and local amenities to stay informed about the market.
  • Report monthly on competitor analysis.
  • Build positive relationships with local estate agents to generate leads.
  • Promote the company’s purchasing assistance, nominated solicitors, and upsell extras to increase revenue.
  • Ensure plots are prepared for tours and legal completions by conducting inspections and reporting findings to the Site Manager.

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Experience in a similar role within a housebuilding company is essential.
  • Proven high performance and self-motivation in new build sales.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the housing market and industry.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, the Property Misdescriptions Act, Data Protection Act, and the Consumer Code for Home Builders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
