Job summary
City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd is seeking a Multi Site Technician to perform planned and reactive electrical and building maintenance across multiple ASDA store locations in the Bristol region. Essentials include electrical qualifications and experience in site maintenance, with a clean track record in completing PPMs and urgent repairs.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of electrical and building maintenance practices.
- Experience with electrical safety standards.
- Experience with planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Represent the company professionally with ASDA and store colleagues.
- Complete all necessary PPMs and log remedial tasks for compliance.
- Supervise the Maintenance Assistant and coach them to follow process.
- Respond promptly to service calls and carry out repairs as required.
- Prioritize maintenance to meet timescales and SLAs.
- Communicate repairs and issues to store management and RES.
