Regional Mortgage and Protection Advisor

We are looking for a Regional Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join us in the West Midlands, working for our well-known and successful Dixon's Estate Agency Brand.

This rare opportunity offers high earning potential, due to high business levels. You will pick up the overflow leads from the branches listed below, as well as the business when our existing Mortgage Advisors are on holiday.

Travelling will be required.

We are looking for an exceptional person who has the skills, attributes, and drive to improve our customers' experience throughout the mortgage process. You will need to be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Main responsibilities:

1. Building relationships with the Estate Agency teams in order to provide training and support.
2. Attracting new customers and business, whilst being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment.
3. Being able to walk our customers through the entire mortgage service, including providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs.
4. Taking part in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build lasting relationships.

Skills and experience required:

1. Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
2. Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
3. Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
4. Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
7. A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
