About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Marketing Specialist to execute localized strategies, drive lead generation, manage digital marketing, and coordinate events across EMEA & Americas while ensuring brand consistency and business growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Regional Marketing Strategy Execution
  • Implement EMEA and Americas marketing strategies tailored to the local markets’ needs
  • Develop localized campaigns targeting specific countries within EMEA & Americas
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting
  • Lead Generation and Demand Generation
    • Coordinate and support lead generation strategies and initiatives to contribute to business revenue
  • Event Planning and Coordination
    • Organize and manage regional events, webinars, and trade shows
    • Collaborate with external partners for successful event execution and lead generation
  • Digital Marketing Initiatives
    • Manage regional email campaigns, local social media, and digital ads
  • Budget & Vendor Management
    • Plan and manage the regional marketing budget in collaboration with the Global Marketing Manager
    • Liaise with external vendors for marketing projects

    What We’re Looking For

    • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology or software for enterprise products
    • Proven ability to develop engaging marketing content such as blogs and newsletters for EMEA and/or Americas
    • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer needs
    • Effective stakeholder collaboration experience
    • Experience with ERP solutions is a plus
    • Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to EMEA and/or Americas are a plus
    • Personal Skills: Team collaboration, adaptability, strong work ethic
