About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager who can independently build and lead a team to complete multiple projects. This position will be mainly responsible for user acquisition, social media, influencer marketing, community management, content operations, and event operations. The ideal candidate should have the mindset of working in a large corporation combined with the entrepreneurial spirit of a startup, possess experience in the Southeast Asian market, and have strong English skills.

Requirements

Main Responsibilities:

1. User Acquisition Management:

  • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to optimize ad spend and drive user growth.
  • Monitor and analyze acquisition data, adjusting strategies to improve FTD (First Time Deposit) and clients’ royalty.

2. Social Media Management:

  • Plan and implement social media marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and user engagement.
  • Maintain and expand the brand's presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter).

3. Influencer Marketing:

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers in the Southeast Asian region to develop partnership strategies and increase brand exposure.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of influencer collaborations to ensure marketing goals are met.

4. Community Management:

  • Build and manage the brand community to increase user activity and loyalty.
  • Plan and organize community events to enhance user engagement.

5. Content and Event Operations:

  • Responsible for content creation and publication, ensuring high quality and relevance.
  • Organize and execute online and offline events to boost brand influence.

What we look for in you:

  • Team Building Ability: Able to independently build and manage an efficient marketing team.
  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in leading a team to independently complete projects.
  • Experience in Southeast Asia: Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market; relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Large Corporation Mindset + Startup Spirit: Possesses systematic thinking and methodologies from large enterprises, combined with the flexibility and innovation of a startup.
  • English Proficiency: MUST be Fluent in English and Vietnamese capable of using it as a working language for communication and document writing.
