Job Description:
Our client, a well-respected name in the property industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to drive their commercial marketing activities within a designated region. This pivotal role exists to strategically manage and execute all regional commercial marketing initiatives, directly supporting the Sales Director in achieving sales targets and implementing the overarching marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
The Regional Marketing Manager will be instrumental in managing the day-to-day marketing operations and ensuring effective promotion of new and existing developments. Key areas of focus include:
- Marketing Activity Management: Planning and executing daily marketing tasks.
- Budget Management: Operating within the marketing budget set by the Sales Director.
- Competitor Analysis: Reviewing competitor advertising to inform strategic decisions.
- Briefing and Coordination: Preparing marketing briefs and managing approvals.
- Brand and Advertising Guidance: Advising sales on brand and advertising guidelines.
- Agency Liaison: Collaborating with external agencies (PR, marketing, advertising, media).
- Strategic Meetings: Attending advertising, PR, and sales strategy meetings.
- Promotional Activity Coordination: Leading marketing efforts for site openings and events.
- Media Relations: Managing press statements and media enquiries.
- Social Media Management: Collaborating on social media responses and schedules.
- Performance Reporting: Providing updates on marketing activities.
- Commercial Liaison: Monitoring budgets with the Commercial department.
- Property Portal Management: Overseeing content on property portals.
- Legal Compliance: Ensuring marketing materials adhere to regulations.
- Initiative Roll-out: Implementing group initiatives as directed.
- Digital Marketing: Managing e-campaigns and mail-shots.
- Visual Asset Management: Handling property photography assets.
- Website Content Management: Updating regional website content.
- New Development Launch Coordination: Managing online launches and content updates.
- CRM Marketing: Executing campaigns using CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Opportunity Identification: Exploring new marketing opportunities.
- Tracking and Campaign Setup: Using Infinity Tracking for campaigns.
- Charity and Sponsorship Liaison: Managing relationships with charities and sponsors.
- LAF Document Support: Assisting with Local Authority Framework documents.
- Analytics and Recommendations: Analyzing data to optimize media spend.
- Marketing Team Collaboration: Attending marketing meetings.
- Brand Consistency: Ensuring uniformity across platforms.
- Data Analysis and Strategy: Reviewing marketing data for strategy development.
- Integrated Campaign Support: Supporting sales with campaign ideas.
