  • Work collaboratively with other RMM regions to drive a consistent regional experience across the UK and share / harness best practice.
  • Develop strong relationships with dealers, agency and manufacturer colleagues through a combination of face-to-face site visits in addition to a regular cadence of online interactions.
  • Work with Sales and After Sales field-team colleagues to ensure relevant requirements are understood and agreed.
  • Continually demonstrate a full understanding of the automotive industry and specifically the changing role played by dealer networks.
  • Use tools to offer insight and solutions to current challenges: findings from previous consultancy work, agency generated insight, management information system reports etc.
  • Identify and support any new starters within the network to provide inductions to the brand and marketing support provided.
  • Understand business challenges and opportunities and advise dealers on marketing solutions across Retail/Fleet/After Sales/Used Car/Motability/Accessories.

Requirements

Who will you be?

  • You’ll have significant experience in a similar field-based marketing role (client or agency-side) and be able to display strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • You’ll be dynamic and inspire confidence in the dealer network and senior management, with in depth channel knowledge, you’ll be a team player and an expert in your field.
  • Comprehensive and demonstrable knowledge of the full marketing mix, notably digital and social platforms.
  • An understanding of data, reporting (strong excel ability) and how to measure marketing effectiveness.
