POSITION SUMMARY:

The Regional Marketing Manager, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) is responsible for planning, localizing, and executing regional marketing initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role serves as a vital interface between the global marketing team and the EMEA commercial organization, ensuring alignment between global product strategy and regional sales execution. Working closely with the Vice President of Sales, EMEA, and the broader marketing and sales teams, this individual will drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth through localized, impactful marketing programs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and execute regional events including tradeshows, customer meetings, user group meetings, and roadshows

• Localize and execute global product marketing campaigns in collaboration with the central marketing team

• Develop and deploy region-specific digital marketing activities (email, web, SEO/SEM, social media)

• Coordinate and deliver local webinars and virtual customer events

• Support regional sales teams by providing tools, collateral, training, and marketing support for field activities

• Organize marketing support and training for channel partners and distributors

• Develop and manage regional marketing collateral, including translation into local languages where required

• Recruit, engage, and promote regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

• Curate and promote customer success stories, publications, and case studies

• Collect and relay customer feedback to global marketing, product management, and commercial leadership

• Manage and track regional marketing KPIs and report outcomes and recommendations

• Coordinate regional lead generation, qualification, and campaign follow-up activities

• Maintain close collaboration with the global marketing team to ensure brand and message consistency

• Work within defined marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven execution of campaigns and events

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.

o Advanced degree preferred.

• Experience working in a regional or field-based marketing capacity, ideally in EMEA markets

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:.

• Strong understanding of life sciences customers and applications (e.g., pharma, biotech, academia, government labs)

• Demonstrated success planning and executing marketing campaigns and events

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot/HubSpot, CMS, webinar platforms)

• Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Comfortable working in a matrixed environment with global and regional stakeholders

• Strong business acumen, negotiation and mediation skills, as well as a demonstrated attention to detail and a focus on achieving quality outcomes. Ability to build/foster relationships.

• A professional presence and strong interpersonal skills for interacting in a courteous, timely, and diplomatic manner with all levels of employees as well as other parties/stakeholders involved with the company.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% of the time to EMEA countries.

• Multilingual capabilities strongly preferred (specifically French, German, Arabic or other EMEA relevant languages).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing this job, the employee is required to communicate and exchange information, utilize equipment (computer, keyboard, printer, phone, etc.), and move about the office. This position requires travel up to 40% of the time.
