Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage or lifestyle brands.
  • Excellent communication, writing and storytelling skills.
  • Strong visual and brand awareness.
  • Self-starter with a creative mindset and a love for food, hospitality and community.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive local marketing plan for both the Bar and Restaurant.
  • Manage budgets, liaise with local suppliers and make decisions on promotions and events.
  • Identify key customer segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and grow social media presence with engaging content.
  • Develop local partnerships and organise community initiatives.
