Job summary

The Salvation Army UK and Ireland Territory is seeking an inspirational Regional Manager to lead employability services across Scotland. The role is home-based with extensive travel, including quarterly visits to London HQ, and a 35-hour week.

You will oversee a regional team, develop partnerships, deliver new contracts, and represent the charity at national level, ensuring Mission alignment and service excellence across the country.

Qualifications

• Senior management experience in employability services or related sector.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage performance.
• Track record of implementing new projects and services.
• Ability to build national partnerships and represent the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team and influence Territorial strategy.
• Drive development and delivery of employability contracts across Scotland.
• Build national partnerships and ensure alignment with the Mission.
• Represent The Salvation Army at a national level and travel as required.
