Children's Home Regional Manager / Responsible Individual

Job Details:

• Children's Home Regional Manager
• Working within a well-established organisation, that offers industry leading support and training
• Responsible Individual for 6 children's residential care homes
• All homes are based in Manchester and Greater Manchester
• All homes specialise in support for children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
• Line manage each home's Registered Manager
• Work with RMs to ensure the safe and effective management of each children's home, ensuring all homes meet company and OFSTED standards
• Lead on senior management recruitment
• Work alongside the SMT and HR department in staff management
• Autonomy to manage own diary

Contract Details:

• Full-time, permanent contract
• Salary up to 75,000
• + Up to 20,000 in bonuses
• Loyalty programme is available to all management staff members

Requirements Details:

• NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
• 2 years + experience as an Responsible Individual is essential
• Driving Licence
