As an influential leader capable of building trusting relationships, you will be responsible for managing your practices during the transition and become the first point of contact for the practice during normal operations.

Your role involves introducing, demonstrating, monitoring, sharing best practices, and supporting the relationship between our head office, clinicians, and practice teams.

We seek someone passionate about supporting business growth, with strong people skills to build and maintain long-lasting relationships. You should be able to keep things simple and adapt to changing circumstances. A clean driving license is required, as the role involves traveling between practices. About the Role

The Regional Manager, or Practice Buddy, plays a crucial role in supporting our Joint Venture Partners and practices.

This position is flexible regarding location but requires travel across the North of England/Midlands, including weekly travel and overnight stays.

Job Title: Regional Manager/Regional Buddy

Location: Flexible within the Midlands or North of England

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Visiting practices, suggesting improvements, and implementing changes
  • Supporting the implementation of the Practice management system (Sycle)
  • Onboarding new practices efficiently, keeping stakeholders informed
  • Discussing POS and marketing strategies
  • Engaging with staff to identify training needs and provide support
  • Ensuring websites, IPTV, and social media are up-to-date for each practice
  • Reviewing marketing collateral for effectiveness
  • Keeping practice teams updated regularly
  • Utilizing reporting platforms like Trello accurately and regularly
  • Attending internal and external conferences, including some weekend work with days off in lieu
  • Supporting budgets and participating in monthly and quarterly meetings
