We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and talented Regional Manager – Positive Behaviour Support to support our growing team of practitioners and team leaders in Mount Waverley and Pakenham offices.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of up to 5 Positive Behaviour Support Team Leaders.
Ensure all Learning and Development plans within the team are initiated and implemented.
Complete quality assurance report reviews and provide feedback.
Provide ongoing training, leadership, and mentoring to the team.
Consult and provide positive behavioural support services to people with disability and their families or service providers, aligned with individual NDIS plans and goals.
Develop effective positive behaviour support plans using innovative strategies and interventions.
Deliver services across various environments including homes, schools, community programs, workplaces, telehealth, and ORS offices.
Liaise and network with other allied health professionals and support workers to achieve positive client outcomes through a holistic approach.
Support and guide staff in the identification, authorization, and reporting of restrictive practices.
Role requirements:
Experience managing a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners.
Experience working as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner or Team Leader with NDIS participants.
Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses.
Relevant qualifications for behaviour support assessments (e.g., Psychology or Education).
