Location: Manchester
Salary: Up to 58,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Bonus

Are you a Registered Nurse looking to step into a managerial role within the care sector? Our client, a leading provider of quality care services across multiple locations, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Support Manager to join their team in Manchester.
As a Regional Support Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring high standards of care and operational excellence across a number of nursing homes/care homes. You will oversee the management of care teams, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvements in both care quality and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a group of nursing homes/care homes within your region.
  • Ensure adherence to NMC standards, CQC regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor and assess the quality of care provided, implementing improvement plans when necessary.
  • Support home managers with staffing, training, and development.
  • Work with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for growth and improvement.
  • Conduct regular site visits, audits, and inspections to ensure high standards of care and compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
  • Proven experience in a senior nursing or managerial role within a care home or nursing home environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for high-quality care delivery.
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel across the region to visit homes as required.
