Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead a multi-site retail portfolio from field-based locations. You will drive sales, enhance customer experiences and develop Store Managers across the region.

The role requires a commercially driven leader who can coach teams, uphold brand standards and deliver strong KPI performance across locations, with travel and a UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Regional Manager, Area Manager or Senior Multi-Site Retail Manager.
• Experience leading a sizeable portfolio of customer-focused retail stores.
• Track record of delivering sales, profit and operational KPIs.
• Exceptional people leadership, coaching and talent development skills.
• Ability to lead through change in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset.
• A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Store Managers and retail teams across the region.
• Drive sales, profitability, customer experience and operational performance across the portfolio.
• Build strong leadership capability, talent pipelines and succession plans.
• Adapt your leadership and coaching style to develop individuals with different levels of experience and capability.
• Champion exceptional customer service and ensure consistently high retail standards.
• Drive commercial opportunities across people, product, stock, VM and operational performance.
• Recruit and retain high-calibre talent across the region.
• Create a positive, inclusive and performance-driven culture.
• Lead teams through change, encouraging continuous improvement and accountability.
• Build effective relationships with senior stakeholders and key business partners.
• Ensure brand standards and commercial priorities are executed consistently across all locations.
