Job summary

Lidl is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee stores across our Salisbury region, starting immediately. You’ll lead from the shop floor, mentor Store Managers, and drive store performance in line with Lidl values.

A full UK driving licence is required. You’ll benefit from ongoing training, a competitive salary (£66k–£94k per year), and a generous benefits package including 35 days holiday pro rata, pension, and a company car.
