We are seeking a dynamicRegional Manager of IAM Operationsto lead our identity services team. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee critical infrastructure that underpins our business operations, ensuring high availability, reliability, and continuous improvement of our identity management services.

We will count on you for:

Operational Leadership:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the regional identity services team, ensuring high uptime and service reliability;

Collaborating with peer regional teams to maintain a follow-the-sun support model, ensuring seamless global coverage;

Managing and mentoring a team of 2-5 employees, fostering professional development and high engagement;

Working closely with the Global IAM Operations team, IAM Engineering, and leadership to develop and implement operational policies and procedures that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency;

Participating as a key support contact during Major Incident Management events, coordinating support internally and with MMC’s vendor partners;


Service Quality Improvement:

Providing input to the Global Operations Head with performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to monitor service quality and uptime;

Identifying opportunities for service delivery improvements and implementing strategies to boost customer satisfaction;

Contributing to initiatives for onboarding and integrating new identity technologies and services within the IAM ecosystem;

Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting:

Delivering regular updates and performance reports to regional BCS Tech management on identity service uptime, quality, and ongoing initiatives;

Building and maintaining strong relationships with regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for identity operations;

Acting as a point of escalation for identity service-related issues, ensuring timely resolution;


Technology Oversight and Innovation:

Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies in identity management and infrastructure;

Fostering a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging exploration of new ideas and approaches to improve identity operations;

What you need to have:

Proven leadership experience managing regional or global IAM teams;

Strong technical background in identity technologies such as Active Directory, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, and related infrastructure;

Hands-on skills and experience with IAM tech stacks, supporting high-availability environments;

Experience in technology infrastructure, incident management, and operational process development;

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;

Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment;

Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in identity management;
