Regional Manager/ Director | Outstanding Homecare Provider

Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum

Benefits: Bonus with the potential to earn £30,000 per annum + Car Allowance

We are looking for a Regional Manager/ Director to join this outstanding Homecare provider with a view to supporting a remit of branches operationally to ensure high standards of care for their service users. The purpose of the role is to support overall day to day operations of the remit through the organisational strategies and to support, mentor and guide Branch Managers to drive KPI's to deliver on providing high quality care.

Key points

  • Will be expected to be visible across all branches within the remit
  • Candidate must have expert CQC knowledge and the confidence to manage a team of Registered Managers
  • Must act as a support system and mentor for Registered Managers
  • Drive KPI's and overall performance
  • Must be able to implement a high level of quality and compliance across the geographic areas ensuring that the level of care exceed that expected from its service users.
  • As the Regional / Operations Director you will be expected to drive performance around delivery of quality care, governance, staffing, recruitment, , promoting excellence etc. It's important you're able to recognise indicators of poor performance and act quickly to remedy them as well as work systematically with Branch Managers to develop and deliver each branches business plan.

This is a great opportunity for a Area/Regional/ Operations Director who is looking to engage with a provider whose presence is renown to the sector and is looking to put a stamp on the service.

Requirements

  • Experience working as an Multi site, Regional Support Manager or Regional Manager within the healthcare markets – this could include Consumer Health, Community Care and Primary Care Sectors.
  • NVQ level 5 Management
  • You must be commercially driven, and be able to evidence operational success
  • Good relationship management skills
  • Exposure to and compliant with CQC
  • Passion for the care of elderly people (essential)

This role is to cover service users across Somerset, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Wiltshire in England and Monmouthshire in Wales . The Main location is based in Bristol where would be expected to work for 3 days a week, the other days would be on the road building relationships with external stakeholders and meeting new clients.
