What You'll Be Doing:

Lead with Purpose

• Oversee and support multiple catering contracts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders

Drive Performance

• Take full P&L accountability across sites
• Monitor KPIs and implement initiatives to exceed financial and operational targets

Develop Talent

• Inspire, coach, and develop on-site managers and their teams
• Foster a culture of recognition, empowerment, and personal growth

Deliver Growth

• Support retention, organic growth and new business opportunities
• Play a strategic role in commercial planning and service development

Ensure Compliance & Quality

• Uphold top-tier health, safety, and food hygiene standards
• Ensure consistency across sites while allowing local flair and flexibility

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience managing multi-site catering operations within contract catering, hospitality, or foodservice
• Strong commercial acumen and experience with full P&L responsibility
• Outstanding people leadership and coaching skills
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and clients
• Strategic mindset with operational focus and data-led decision making
• High emotional intelligence and professional resilience
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
