Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an executive to lead regional operations in the UK, driving safety, compliance and financial performance. You will shape strategy, develop leaders, and deliver innovative, Lean solutions for key clients.

The role requires strong stakeholder management and a track record of building growth through customer partnerships, while championing a people‑first culture focused on safety and wellbeing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead customer services, operations and Health & Safety performance with autonomy.

• Accountable for complete operational performance across the region, prioritising safety and compliance
• Lead customer services, operations, and Health & Safety performance with significant autonomy
• Foster business development, maximise efficiencies, and build a future pipeline aligned with financial targets
• Set strategic direction and develop leaders in a fast-paced environment
• Drive continuous improvement to meet and exceed customer needs
• Ensure safe systems of work
• Manage stakeholder relationships and innovate safer, more efficient working methods
• Oversee monthly account reviews, annual budgets, and regional P&L management
• Build strategic customer partnerships and deliver lean, industry-leading technical solutions
• Lead compliant operational bids and maintain key client relationships
• Identify innovation opportunities and maximise customer integration
• Control costs and resources and ensure fleet compliance
• Define and execute regional strategy, set team objectives, drive engagement, and develop talent
• Champion a people-first culture focused on safety, wellbeing, and innovation
• Lead the ISS Steering Committee and drive organic growth through strategic stakeholder relationships
• Develop customer understanding of Net Zero offering
• Deliver an ambitious carbon reduction strategy

Requirements

• Experience of leading & managing a large workforce
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and demands as well as hitting deadlines
• Proven track record in customer management and engagement
• Commitment to safety and compliance
• Ability to manage financial elements including budgets and regional P&L
• Ability to develop leaders and talent through succession planning and career development
• Ability to manage Trade Union negotiations
