By providing excellent care and services to both clients and children, we have ensured the successful growth of the company and to keep up with the rapid pace of this growth, we are now looking for an experienced Regional Management Accountant to join our Finance Team.
The Role:
We are looking for a driven and dynamic Management Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of hands-on experience in preparing accurate and timely management accounts. In this role, you will be a key support to the Operations team, providing financial and analytical reporting to aid decision-making. You will also be responsible for ensuring full reconciliation of the balance sheet across all associated companies.
This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week) offering a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum. The role follows a hybrid working model, with occasional travel to the office as required.
We expect all staff to share our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children/young people and an enhanced DBS disclosure will be sought by the company.
