Regional Maintenance Manager

Are you an experienced maintenance technician with an understanding of contractor management?

Do you have experience with general maintenance within a retail setting?

Do you have an understanding of HVAC/site services and building maintenance?

MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading Retail Business on the search for a Regional Maintenance Manager. This is a perm role based in Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities:

• To attend / analyse maintenance issues across multiple sites in the region
• To manage contractors for relevant issues
• To have a good understanding of contractor costs and be able to negotiate the best rates
• To have a good understanding of engineering to enable sufficient negotiation

What are we looking for?

• Facilities maintenance experience
