Job title: Regional Maintenance & Compliance Officer
Salary: GBP24,500 to GBP27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full Time 37 hours per week

About the Role
As our Regional Maintenance Officer, you will be at the heart of this charity's operations, playing a key role in maintaining the buildings and sites across the North East and Cumbria. Reporting to our Facilities & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance, responding to repair needs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
