Job summary

Pareto FM is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer (M&E) to support planned and reactive maintenance across a defined portfolio of client sites with local/regional travel. This hands-on role covers mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring safety, reliability and full compliance as part of a close-knit engineering team.

Qualifications

• Experience across building services and M&E maintenance
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work across multiple sites within a regional patch

Responsibilities

• Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
• Maintaining and repairing mechanical & electrical systems and components
• Fault-finding across HVAC, pumps, generators, lighting and small power systems
• Responding to breakdowns and carrying out first-line diagnostics
• Carrying out plant start-up, shutdown and optimisation procedures
• Ensuring all plant rooms are safe, tidy and compliant
• Communicating clearly with supervisors, account management and clients
