Job description

We are seeking a Regional Logistics Team Leader to join the Frontier team, based in Diss, on a permanent, full-time basis.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and complete delivery of goods, managing and mentoring a team of logistics professionals, and collaborating with various departments to improve efficiency and service levels with a customer-first approach. You will also develop logistics strategies and optimize transportation and warehousing solutions.

The successful candidate will serve as the key link between the logistics team and management, providing support and guidance to meet operational targets.

Your Role

  • Optimizing transportation routes and managing daily workloads
  • Providing support during staff absences and high-demand periods
  • Ensuring timely product delivery and vehicle utilization
  • Communicating logistics issues to stakeholders
