Job summary

Burch-Recruitment-Ltd is seeking a Self-Employed Regional Supervisor to support ATA North in the Glasgow area, including Eurocentral, Tannochside and Cumbernauld. You’ll work hands-on with drivers, clients and warehouse teams to keep operations running smoothly.

The role offers a daily rate of £110, plus future incentives for growth, with a vehicle provided (fuel card) for operational use. You must be organised, communicative, and KPI-focused, with a full UK driving licence and a willingness to

• Experience in logistics, transport or delivery operations.
• Full UK driving licence held.
• Comfortable working on a self-employed basis.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily driver dispatch and rotas.
• Supporting and communicating with drivers.
• Monitoring performance and KPIs.
• Overseeing vehicle allocation and compliance.
• Supporting warehouse and client operations.
• Helping drivers with on-road issues when needed.
• Supporting health & safety, compliance and training.
• Keeping the Operations Leader updated on daily activity.
