Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Regional Expert by Experience to provide lived-experience leadership across our hospitals and care homes, ensuring voices of service users, families and carers shape how we deliver and improve care.

As a key member of the Regional SMT, you will offer independent challenge, drive co-production, and influence regional service development, governance and quality improvement through insightful feedback and collaboration with partners.

• Experience in governance, quality and improvement discussions.

Aufgaben

• Provide senior lived-experience leadership within the Regional SMT.
• Represent lived-experience views in governance and strategy discussions.
• Lead regional co-production frameworks and involvement forums.
• Strengthen service user and carer involvement structures across sites.
• Promote trauma-informed practice in service design and delivery.
• Build relationships with community groups and peer networks.
• Support peer workers with coaching and supervision.
• Synthesize feedback to identify themes and drive improvement.
• Produce accessible insight reports for governance and priorities.
• Contribute to regulatory preparations with lived-experience perspectives.
