A leading literacy charity based in Glasgow is seeking a Project Officer for Literacy Champions to coordinate and train volunteers. This part-time role (21 hours/week) focuses on promoting reading in the community, especially in preparation for the National Year of Reading. Qualifications
Experience in recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers.
Experience working with early years settings or community organizations.
Full clean driving license and access to a vehicle.
Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment and training of volunteers for literacy promotion.

Manage book stocks and community resources for the project.
