About The Role

Our Lighting & Compositing artists are masters of mood, light, and detail. Their daily focus includes creating tailored render layers, artistic colour grading, and meeting production deadlines, all while adhering to briefs from Directors and Clients. They work collaboratively, sharing and developing technical and artistic skills to produce high-quality content.

Day to Day:

  1. Working within a team of lighting and compositing artists, maintaining communication with Team Lead and Supervisor.
  2. Managing shots and time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  3. Ensuring work communicates clearly from blocking to final animation.
  4. Responding to notes and feedback from Directors and Supervisors.
  5. Developing industry skills and knowledge, both technical and creative.

About You

Must Have:

  • Knowledge of atmospheric lighting, colour grading, and denoising renders.
  • Proficiency with Nuke for compositing render layers.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop skills.
  • Ability to accept feedback and follow directions.
  • Team player and collaborator.
  • Ability to work independently and reliably.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points:

  • Knowledge of Python scripting.
