Job summary

Otis Limited is seeking a Regional Technical Support Engineer for the North East of the UK. You will act as the SME for lift problems, diagnosing complex issues and supporting branches to ensure safety and performance of elevators and escalators.

You will also coach colleagues on technical matters and contribute to ongoing training while maintaining a strong safety focus and customer communication.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in lift servicing and repairs.
• Strong electrical knowledge and safe working practices.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex lift/escalator issues.
• Good communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for lift problems and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with branches to diagnose complex issues.
• Coach and develop other technicians on technical topics.
