We’re hiring: Regional Lead Planner – £85,000 | Glasgow

Join a dynamic, forward-thinking team in the heart of Scotland’s water sector.

Are you a proven planner with leadership experience and a passion for infrastructure delivery? We’re looking for a Regional Lead Planner to join our client’s team in Glasgow. This is a permanent, full-time position offering £85,000 per year and the chance to make a real impact.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and develop a team of planners in a high-performance culture
• Own and manage project schedules across complex, multi-phase water projects
• Implement industry-leading planning standards and practices (Primavera P6)
• Identify risks, manage baselines, and contribute to key programme decisions
• Report to the Head of Planning

What you bring:

• Extensive planning experience within the water sector
• Strong Primavera P6 expertise
• Proven leadership in team management and schedule development
• Ability to communicate complex timelines and schedules clearly
• A collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving

A technical degree is , but not essential.
