Are you an experienced project planner ready to lead and inspire a team?
We’re seeking a skilled Regional Lead Planner to join our Planning Team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident planner with water sector experience and strong leadership skills.

About the Role:

You’ll manage the local planning team while owning the planning and scheduling of one or more major projects. Your role will involve maintaining detailed project plans, monitoring progress, and advising on delays, risks, and opportunities. You’ll work with the Head of Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans through the full project lifecycle
  • Ensure plans reflect project scope, resources, and dependencies
  • Identify and manage risks, advising on impacts to the critical path
  • Maintain compliance with company procedures
  • Mentor junior planners and lead a high-performing local team

Requirements:

  • Extensive planning experience in the water industry
  • Proven leadership in managing planning teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative planning and claims programme development experience
  • A relevant technical degree (preferred but not essential)
