Job summary

Villiers Park Educational Trust is seeking a Regional Lead to coordinate and deliver programmes across the Hastings and Bexhill region. The role oversees regional operations, ensuring high-quality delivery and outcomes for young people, while supporting partnerships with schools, funders and employers.

The Regional Lead also coaches a cohort of Future Leaders and manages a small team of Progression Coaches, guiding professional development and maintaining robust programme data and records.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of school and college curricula and the needs of learners aged 13-19.
• Ability to empathise with young people and help them find solutions.
• Experience developing high quality educational resources.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, management and delivery of regional Future Leaders Programmes.
• Lead region-specific programmes in Hastings and Bexhill.
• Plan and oversee regional activity such as workshops, university visits and employer engagement.
• Support residential, online and national programme delivery as required.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges and local partners.
