Job summary

Harvey Jones is seeking an Area Installation Manager to lead the delivery of premium handmade kitchens across a defined region. You will conduct site surveys, coordinate designers, clients and contractors, and manage subcontractors to meet designs, budgets and timescales.

You will recruit and utilise a network of installation contractors, ensure Health & Safety compliance, and provide timely reports. A Full UK Driving Licence is required and 28 days holiday plus training are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering installation projects, preferably in kitchen/furniture fittings.
• Ability to manage multiple installations simultaneously and to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service mindset and professional demeanour.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Advanced IT skills and familiarity with project coordination tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete technical site surveys and produce written reports for designers and clients.
• Recruit, retain and utilise a network of installation contractors within a defined area.
• Manage subcontractors to meet designs, budgets, timescales and Harvey Jones standards.
• Ensure contractors comply with health & safety policies and payment terms.
• Conduct on-site measurements and resolve issues before impacting the client.
• Support management with timely reports and data; promote a quality culture.
