The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Regional Insights Manager (AAACE) to join Imperial Brands. You will support the Regional Insight Director in various activities such as business planning, performance management, and pricing escalation processes.

You will be part of an inclusive, innovative global FMCG company with 25,000 employees.

Principle Accountabilities
  • Design and deliver the Regional Business Plan
  • Collaborate with Insight Standards & Services teams to develop models, templates, and assets supporting key deliverables
  • Support Clusters in developing their parts of the business plans
  • Manage performance at regional, EXCOM, and board levels
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, market, and consumer trends
Skills and Experience Required
  • Experience in business planning coordination
  • Ability to communicate persuasively and challenge stakeholder perspectives
  • Strong analytical skills with multiple data sources
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally occasionally
