Job summary
Digital Realty is seeking an Incident & Reliability Coordinator to join our Data Center Operations team in Greater London. You will act as the bridge between operations and regional/global teams, ensuring incidents and problems are managed to SLA and KPIs such as response time and resolution are met.
You will deliver training, validate RCA/Lessons Learned, track mitigation actions, and support monthly reporting to strengthen regional reliability.

Responsibilities
- Manage incidents in accordance with Global Incident Management Process.
- Deliver targeted training to site teams on incident and problem management.
- Ensure RCA/Lessons Learned are completed within defined SLA.
- Review RCA documents for technical accuracy and alignment.
- Confirm mitigation actions are assigned and trackable.
- Disseminate learnings across subregion and feed regional knowledge sharing.
- Monitor adherence to incident/problem processes and SLAs across sites.
- Support Regional Incident & Reliability Manager with monthly reporting.
