Digital Realty is seeking a Security Coordinator to coordinate security requirements for local data centers in the UK and support global security processes. The role involves travel to multiple UK sites and occasional travel to EMEA, assisting with training, audits, and incident handling.

Ideal candidates will have security management experience, fluent English, and a proactive, collaborative attitude to improve processes and security outcomes across Digital Realty's data center operations.

Qualifications

• Higher education with professional qualifications in risk or security management.
• Experience from a Security department.
• Intermediate level experience with security systems and access control.
• Experience managing security tests, emergency drills and trainings.
• Able to identify security/ BCM risks and suggest solutions.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate security requirements for UK Data Centers and support global security processes.
• Travel to various sites in the UK and occasionally in EMEA.
• Execute tasks in processes and ensure training is undertaken.
• Conduct security audits and inspections and support on-demand audits.
• Handle 1st line escalations and security-related inquiries from visitors or customers.
• Support emergency drills and security tests.
• Assist site visits and ensure security standards are followed.
• Manage external visitor access rights.
• Create regular reports for Operations and customers on request.
• Advise Security on possible process improvements.
