Regional HR Business Partner, Midlands

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join a private-equity backed environmental services business with offices and sites across the Midlands. Reporting into the HR Lead, the HR Business Partner will partner a number of businesses and functions to develop people plans, drive HR initiatives and implement effective HR strategies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Instill effective performance management and talent processes to ensure the businesses and functions are fit for future.
  • Influence, coach, and mentor managers in the use of policies, procedures, HR frameworks and employment legislation.
  • Provide guidance on strategic workforce planning to ensure the right talent and capabilities are in place to meet business needs.
  • Define and implement people plans that align with the business strategy and objectives.
  • Work closely with senior leaders and managers to provide HR advice and support that drives business performance.
  • Lead and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives to support business growth and transformation.

This is a permanent, regional role offering circa £50,000 - £55,000 per annum.
