Job description

Motus Commercials, located in HULL, is seeking a dedicated Regional HSE Officer to join our friendly team dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be working:

5 days per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm

As our Regional Health and Safety Officer in HULL and surrounding areas, you should demonstrate:

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent safety qualification

• Knowledge of current legislation and ISO standards
• Experience in compliance, health, and safety

Main duties include:

1. Promoting and advising on compliance requirements to dealership teams
2. Monitoring compliance and highlighting breaches
3. Implementing corrective actions
4. Conducting accident investigations and data analysis to reduce risks
5. Undertaking ISO9001 & ISO14001 audits annually and recommending corrective actions
6. Managing building maintenance, renovations, and projects
7. Negotiating and renewing maintenance contracts
8. Ensuring safe and cost-effective waste disposal
9. Reporting on regional sustainability and liaising with energy champions
