Job Title: Regional HSE Advisor

Location: Kent / Guilford area

Salary: £45,000 - £57,000 plus car / car allowance

Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri 37.5 hrs a week


About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Regional HSE Advisor to join a progressive, safety-driven organization. In this key role, you'll ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards are upheld across multiple operational sites, acting as a trusted advisor to both management and site teams. You'll provide hands-on support, deliver training, and offer practical guidance to foster a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement. This role will cover sites across Kent and Guilford, so flexibility to travel within this region is essential.


Regional HSE Advisor Responsibilities:
  • Monitor housekeeping standards across the contract, identify and implement improvement activities
  • Provide COSHH assessments where required and ensure effectiveness of supply chain documentation
  • Ensure PPE is used in accordance with requirements
  • Ensure that CDM Regulations are applied where necessary to company standards
  • Review and, where necessary, complete risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work
The ideal candidate will have / be:
  • CDM and Hard FM experience
  • NEBOSH qualification
  • Proven HSE Advisor experience
  • Driving license
  • IOSH qualification (Desirable)
