Job Title: Regional HSE Advisor

Location: Derby & Lincoln area

Salary: £45,000 - £57,000 plus car / car allowance

Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm

About the Role:

We're seeking a proactive and experienced Regional HSE Advisor to join a progressive, safety-driven organization. In this key role, you'll ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards are maintained across multiple operational sites. You will act as a trusted advisor to management and site teams, providing hands-on support, delivering training, and offering practical guidance to foster a strong safety culture and continuous improvement. This role covers sites across Derby and Lincoln, so flexibility to travel within this region is essential.

Regional HSE Advisor Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor housekeeping standards across the contract, identify and implement improvement activities.
  2. Provide COSHH assessments where required and ensure effectiveness of Supply Chain documentation.
  3. Ensure PPE is used in accordance with requirements.
  4. Ensure that CDM Regulations are applied where necessary to company standards.
  5. Review and, where necessary, complete risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work.
The ideal Regional HSE Advisor will have / be:
  1. CDM and Hard FM experience.
  2. NEBOSH qualification.
  3. At least 5 years of HSE Advisor experience.
  4. Driving license.
  5. IOSH qualification (desirable).
