Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in the UK is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with Costa contract sites across the southern region. You will coach managers, manage employee relations, and build strong relationships with trade unions and operational leaders to deliver a positive employee experience.

This permanent role is 3-4 days per week, based mainly at Greenford with travel to Avonmouth and Willand. A full-time equivalent salary of £44,000–£50,000 plus 25 days’ holiday, a company car or car

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards it.
• Strong employee relations experience, including disciplinary, grievance absence management, dispute resolution and TU engagement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills with the ability to influence and support managers at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site operational leaders to deliver the people plan across Greenford, Willand and Avonmouth.
• Coach and develop managers in people management, performance management, succession planning and employee experience.
• Lead and manage employee relations cases and provide expert advice on disciplinary, absence management and disputes.
• Build strong relationships with Trade Unions and key stakeholders to support consultation processes.
• Analyse HR metrics to identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, diversity and performance.
